Jack’s Total Lack of a Cartoon

Sorry, folks. No cartoon today. The one computer that has Photoshop belongs to Mrs. Mo, and she’s working on her portfolio, so I can’t very well justify tearing it from her to do one of my goofy little cartoons.

I’m sure she would have ponied it up if I’d asked, but her portfolio, and thereby her career, is a little higher priority than poking fun at the administration.

A LITTLE.

So instead, I offer some other art work, in line with Stacy McCain’s Rule 5.
